1. About ExamPass CY

ExamPass CY (exampasscy.com) is an online exam preparation platform for the CySEC Advanced and Basic certifications. It is operated by an individual based in the European Union. Contact: support@exampasscy.com

ExamPass CY is not affiliated with the Cyprus Securities and Exchange Commission (CySEC).

2. Products and access

ExamPass CY sells digital study packs (chapter briefs, chapter exam mocks, full mock exams, and bundle packs) for CySEC exam preparation. All products are delivered digitally via your account immediately after purchase.

Access to purchased products is tied to your account and remains available for as long as your account is active. We do not impose a fixed expiry date on purchased content.

3. Pricing and payment

All prices are displayed in EUR and exclude VAT. Applicable VAT will be calculated at checkout based on your billing location, in accordance with EU VAT rules for digital services.

Payments are processed by Stripe, Inc. We accept Visa, Mastercard, and American Express. Your card details are not stored by ExamPass CY.

Purchases are one-time payments. There are no subscriptions or recurring charges.

4. Right of withdrawal

Under the EU Consumer Rights Directive, you ordinarily have the right to withdraw from a distance contract within 14 days without giving a reason.

However, by completing a purchase on ExamPass CY, you expressly request immediate access to the digital content and acknowledge that you thereby waive your right of withdrawal once access has been granted (Article 16(m) of Directive 2011/83/EU).

If you experience a technical issue preventing access to a product you purchased, contact us at support@exampasscy.com and we will resolve it promptly.

5. Accounts

You must create an account to purchase and access products. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. Do not share your account with others — purchased products are for individual use only.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or engage in fraudulent activity.

6. Intellectual property

All content on ExamPass CY — including questions, explanations, AI-generated hints, and site text — is the intellectual property of ExamPass CY or its licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, or resell any content without prior written permission.

7. Disclaimer

ExamPass CY provides study materials to assist with exam preparation. We do not guarantee that use of our products will result in passing the CySEC examination. Exam questions on ExamPass CY are practice questions and are not the actual questions used by CySEC.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ExamPass CY shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the platform. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the relevant product.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Cyprus. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Cyprus, without prejudice to your rights as a consumer under the law of your country of residence within the EU.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
